OHHRCC personnel includes onsite Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who provides primary care services to adults and seniors aged 18 and older. FNP does face-to-face hands-on head-to-toe physical assessment. Staffed by Nurse practitioners and Collaborating physician oversees the practice, reviews patient’s charts, and gives inputs. A medical assistant will be greeting patients, measuring their vital signs, scheduling appointments, and collecting laboratory samples for diagnostic testing as well. We believe in holistic care. We focus on the physical, spiritual, and emotional health of our patients. We create a fair patient focus treatment plan. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
